1st Date: This painting features an extremely special couple to me, my great Uncle Jesse and Aunt Amy Davis of Okeechobee, FL, laughing about their "portrait" someday hanging on everyone's walls. This scene recalls days when people took time to visit the local cafe or soda fountain to relax, split a milkshake and just enjoy the pleasure of each other's company. The painting on the wall is another one of my watercolors "Pet Ice Cream".
