Yes, we work only two feet apart nearly every day of our lives and totally love it! Since almost everything we paint is traditional one-sixth scale miniature paintings we do not require a large work area. Both of us currently paint using upright table easels. We installed the large picture window to enhance the view of our back yard and deck. We try to take breaks every 15 minutes or so to avoid eye strain painting such intricate details. Looking out the window at the birds and playful squirrels is a welcome diversion. |

We remodeled our studio in April of 2004 and included in the design an area to display a few of our miniatures. We both enjoy a variety of home improvement projects. |
